★ Hard polyurethane has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the density of rigid polyurethane is 35-42kg/m ³, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018-0.024w/(m.k), Equivalent to about half of EPS, it has the lowest thermal conductivity among all insulation materials currently available.

Hard polyurethane has moisture-proof and waterproof properties. The closed cell rate of rigid polyurethane is over 90%, which belongs to hydrophobic materials. It will not increase its thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not leak water.

★ Hard polyurethane is fire-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant. Polyurethane, after adding flame retardants, is a flame-retardant self extinguishing material with a softening point of over 250 degrees Celsius, and only decomposes at higher temperatures; In addition, polyurethane will form carbon deposit on its foam surface when burning. This carbon deposit helps isolate the foam below and effectively prevents flame spread. In addition, polyurethane will not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.

Due to the excellent thermal insulation performance of polyurethane panels, they can reduce the thickness of the building's outer structure and increase indoor space while meeting the same insulation requirements. 

★ Strong deformation resistance, not easy to crack, stable and safe finish.

The porosity structure of polyurethane material is stable, basically a closed cell structure, which not only has excellent insulation performance, but also has good frost resistance and sound absorption. The average lifespan of the rigid polyurethane insulation structure can reach over 30 years under normal use and maintenance conditions. It can achieve normal use conditions during the service life of the structure, without being damaged by dry, humid, or electrochemical corrosion, as well as external factors such as insect, fungal, or algal growth or rodent damage.

★ High comprehensive cost-effectiveness. Although the unit price of rigid polyurethane foam is higher than that of other traditional insulation materials, the increased cost will be offset by the substantial reduction of heating and cooling costs.
