Performance characteristics

-Thermal insulation:It has the characteristics of high thermal resistance, low linearity, and low expansion ratio, with a closed cell rate of over 99%, forming a vacuum like layer. Its insulation performance is long-lasting and stable, with low thermal conductivity. For example, a 20mm thick XPS extruded insulation board has an insulation effect equivalent to 50mm thick foamed polystyrene.

-High strength compressive strength:The special structure makes it have extremely high compressive strength and strong impact resistance. The compressive strength of different models and thicknesses can reach 150-500Kpa or more, and it can withstand ground loads from various systems.

-Hydrophobic and moisture-proof:The molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, and the molecular structure of the board is stable and gapless, with extremely low water absorption rate, solving problems such as water leakage, penetration, frosting, condensation, etc. in other materials  .

-Lightweight texture and easy to use:The closed cell foam chemical structure and honeycomb physical structure make it lightweight, high-strength, easy to cut, transport, install, and not easily damaged.

-Good stability and corrosion resistance:Stable chemical properties, long-term use without aging, decomposition, or harmful substances, can still maintain superior performance in high temperature environments, and can maintain excellent performance even after 30-40 years of use  .

-Product Environmental Protection:After testing, it has stable chemical properties, does not evaporate harmful substances, is harmless to the human body, produces environmentally friendly raw materials, and does not produce industrial pollution  .

Application scope

-In the field of architecture:Widely used for insulation of building roofs, walls, floors, as well as steel structure roofs, central air conditioning ventilation ducts, etc.

-Transportation sector:Suitable for laying under the roadbed of highways, railways, and airport runways in high-altitude regions, it can control the thermal expansion and contraction of floor tiles  .

-Interior Decoration:Can be used as a filling material for interior decoration, ceilings, soundproof walls, and sandwich doors, providing insulation, soundproofing, moisture retention, and weight reduction effects  .

Production process

Using polystyrene resin as raw material, along with other raw materials and polymers, mixed by heating and injected with catalyst, then extruded and pressed into shape  .

Specification and size

There is no limit to the length, and the width is generally 1200mm. Special widths can be customized, and the thickness is 10-100mm  .
