working principle

Using the high-temperature and high-pressure hot fluorine vapor discharged from the compressor, the hot fluorine is directly introduced into the evaporator of the air cooler through control components such as solenoid valves, causing the temperature of the evaporator to rise. The frost layer melts at the junction with the pipe wall and then automatically falls off. The melted fluorine liquid is discharged into the discharge tank, and then pressurized to be supplied to the supply pipe for refrigeration.

-Usually includes components such as fixed edge plates, copper tube components, support plates, and casings.

-The copper tube component is installed on a fixed edge plate, connecting the inlet and outlet pipes and passing through the fins, and is a key part for the circulation and heat transfer of hot fluorine.

-The support plate is located below the fins and is fixedly connected to the copper tube component, used to receive melted frost water.

-The casing is generally made of aluminum alloy material, which has the advantages of durability and rust resistance. It can accommodate isolated fixed edge plates and copper tube components, and is equipped with holes, mesh fans, and junction boxes.
