How to maintain and upkeep the cold storage after its construction is completed?

1. After the completion of the cold storage construction, the refrigeration equipment of the cold storage needs to be managed by a dedicated person, who has certain professional knowledge and proficient operating skills.

2. Freezing equipment operators should strictly follow the product instructions when operating the equipment.

3. After the completion of the cold storage construction, the room where the refrigeration equipment is placed should have a good ventilation environment. The refrigeration equipment should not be placed together with the heat source, and the surrounding area of the room should be kept clean and dry.

4. The daily purchase quantity of cold storage should comply with the following regulations.

(1) Freezing and refrigeration warehouses should be stocked according to their design capacity.

(2) The daily purchase volume of the fresh-keeping warehouse for storing fruits, vegetables, and fresh eggs shall not exceed 10% of the total capacity.

(3) The amount of frozen meat transferred into the cold storage shall not exceed 30% of the storage capacity. The incoming quantity of chilled meat shall not exceed 10% of the storage capacity.

(4) The amount of fresh meat purchased in the cold storage shall not exceed 5% of the total capacity.

5. Do not adjust the temperature controller, pressure relay, defrost interval and other values casually.

6. Do not frequently open the warehouse doors, especially when new goods are just put into storage. The number of times the doors are opened should be controlled within 10 times a day, and the doors should be closed when entering or exiting.

7. After the completion of the cold storage construction, the refrigeration equipment is frequently checked for intake and exhaust temperatures, as well as the operation of the condenser fan during daily operation. Check the oil pressure, suction temperature, and oil level, and pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds when the machine temperature rises. The condenser fins should be cleaned regularly, and attention should be paid to preventing water from entering the electrical components during cleaning.

8. Do not disassemble the machine casually.

9. Handle incoming and outgoing goods with care and do not use hard objects such as iron to pry and smash the goods to avoid damaging the warehouse.

10. When the winter cooling water circulation system is not in use, the circulating water in the system must be emptied to prevent equipment damage from freezing.

Due to the fact that the surface temperature of the evaporator in refrigeration cold storage is mostly below 0 ℃, and the humidity in the warehouse is relatively high. Moisture in the air can easily frost or even freeze on the surface of the evaporator, affecting its heat transfer efficiency. In order to prevent the surface frost layer of the evaporator from being too thick, it is necessary to defrost it regularly. Here are two simpler defrosting methods:

Stop the machine and defrost. Stop the compressor operation, open the warehouse door, let the temperature rise, wait for the frost layer to melt automatically, and then restart the compressor.

Frost flushing. After moving the goods out of the warehouse, rinse the surface of the evaporator exhaust pipe directly with hot tap water to melt or peel off the frost layer. In addition to the poor heat transfer effect of the evaporator caused by excessive frosting, the accumulation of dust on the surface of the evaporator due to long-term uncleaning can also significantly reduce its heat transfer efficiency.
