Customer Introduction:Shenzhen Yongxiang Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is a large-scale pharmaceutical logistics and distribution company  Pharmaceutical companies. The company has an office and warehouse area of over 6600 square meters, with a cold storage volume of nearly 60000 liters, and advanced warehousing facilities and barcode inbound and outbound systems. The business scope mainly includes traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, chemical APIs, antibiotic preparations and biological products.

Overview of Cold Storage Engineering:

1. According to the actual production needs of the customer, the temperature of the refrigerated warehouse is planned and designed to be between 2 ℃ and 8 ℃.

2. The insulation board used in the pharmaceutical refrigeration warehouse is 150mm polyurethane double-sided color steel plate insulation board, which has the characteristics of moisture-proof, waterproof, fireproof, etc., meeting the flame retardant B1 level, thus ensuring a stable low-temperature environment in the cold storage while greatly reducing the later stage  Operating costs.

3. The refrigeration equipment installed in the cold storage of this project adopts a medium high temperature compression condensing box type integrated refrigeration compressor unit. The pharmaceutical cold storage complies with national regulations and is equipped with GSP/GMP compliant equipment   The certified unit adopts one in use and one backup, which has a large cooling capacity, high cost-effectiveness, and is safe and reliable.

4. The temperature control system of the refrigerated warehouse adopts an Internet of Things control system, which has the functions of automatically adjusting the temperature inside the warehouse, temperature and humidity alarm, data recording, and mobile client monitoring.
